How long does delivery take?

All orders are processed within 24hrs of receipt. All products are kept in stock. Orders received before noon are sent out the same day. Orders received after this are dispatched the following day. 1st class packages typically take between 1 and 3 working days. Please allow up to 5 days for European orders depending on country and shipping method.

UK orders placed before noon are dispatched the same day. This does not include weekends or bank holidays.

Please contact us ASAP if your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe. Please quote your order number for reference.

How will my order be packaged?

We are a very discreet company. We understand the need for subtlety. Therefore we only ship your kamagra and apcalis purchases in plain packaging. Most commonly a simple jiffy bag envelope or small unbranded box. There is no reference to our company or the contents of the package on the outside.

What will appear on my Credit Card Statement?

As I am sure you guessed by now, we are a discreet company. Therefore when you buy kamagra and apcalis online from us you won't find it plastered across your statement. On your credit card statement an unrelated generic name is used and nothing further.

Currently orders will appear as something along the lines of 'KTD'. Please remember this when your statement arrives.
